Dr. Tina brings over four decades of professional experience in fitness, wellness, and lifestyle medicine, a Doctor of Health Science with emphasis in Kinesiology and Sport Psychology, serving as a Professor of Exercise Science, a recognized leader and researcher in the industry.
Certified across all major group fitness styles, personal training, corrective exercise, lifestyle medicine, coaching (wellness, life, business, biblical health, behavior change specialist), health education and sport & exercise psychology, she not only coaches and teaches but also certifies fitness professionals, wellness professionals & educates applied health science students, shaping the next generation of experts. So, you will be led by one of the best of the best!
Her expertise extends beyond movement to include nutrition, stress management, menopause support, metabolic expert and corrective exercise offering a truly holistic approach to wellness tailored to real-life challenges.
