Dr. Tina is a Doctor of Health Sciences, kinesiologist, biomechanist, and fitness expert with over four decades of experience in human movement, exercise psychology, and performance science. She specializes in helping people understand how their body moves and functions through evidence-based assessment, including all forms of fitness testing, full body movement screens, gait analysis and metabolic testing PLUS writing proven personalized prescriptions that work.

Her work bridges kinesiology, biomechanics and behavior change to help individuals move more efficiently, train smarter, and build sustainable health from the inside out.
